"The Rise of Print"
Colophon is proud to present a new phase in our promotion and support of independent publishing.
"The Rise of Print - How independents are reviving the art of the magazine" is a touring exhibit for 2012. It will visit a number of different countries, showcasing some of the most remarkable work in recent independent publishing.
Visitors will be able to pick up and read through the featured publications, guided by informative captions and a unique design aesthetic. Each exhibition will be coupled with discussions and talks with local and international magazine makers.
A new book of the same name will also be published to coincide with the exhibition's launch.
